She can also prepare your Living Will, Health Care Power of Attorney, and General or Durable Powers of Attorney. By listening intently and fully discussing your estate goals in life and after your death, she will formulate an individualized estate plan with all legal documents necessary to completely carry out your wishes. Once your will is probated, Christine Strasser will offer your family empathetic probate administration to again fully insure your wishes are carried out.
